The vehicle rental fee, additional product and service charges, and the security deposit are collected in advance from the renter at the beginning of the rental.

The deposit fee is 3,000 TL. Upon the vehicle being returned without any issues, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting any motorway tolls, traffic fines, and a cleaning fee if the vehicle is returned dirty. Should these expenses exceed the deposit amount, the remaining balance will be collected from you.

Any additional charges and refunds that may arise during the rental process will be processed through the deposited security amount.

Depending on any potential fee differences at the end of the rental, collection or refund will be carried out from/to the renter. The person conducting the rental must be present at our office in person; payments from an additional driver or a different person are not accepted. Installment payments are not available.

Security Deposit:

Security deposit amounts are collected in advance from the renter at the start of the rental. These collected security deposits are fully refunded within a maximum of 7 business days, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
