Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions of the Vehicle Rental Agreement

  • In cases such as changes to the rental period, vehicle group, or pickup and return address, the rental fee and other charges will be recalculated by the LESSOR based on the prices applicable on the day the change request is made. For reservation cancellations, the cancellation rules valid and published on the website on the date the reservation was made will apply.

  • The rental services requested by the LESSEE under these general terms will be fulfilled upon the LESSEE signing the vehicle delivery form and taking delivery of the requested vehicle from the relevant LESSOR branch.

  • Current information will be recorded in the vehicle delivery form at the time of signing.

  • The LESSEE agrees and undertakes to comply with the matters written in the vehicle user manual prepared by the vehicle manufacturer, to exercise due care and attention in the use of the vehicle, and to ensure the vehicle is maintained in good condition.

  • The LESSEE agrees and undertakes to use the vehicle in accordance with the Highway Traffic Law and all relevant legal provisions, within the borders of the Republic of Turkey. Furthermore, the LESSEE shall not use the vehicle in the following ways, and shall be responsible for any fines, all kinds of expenses, and damages arising otherwise, including but not limited to: 1. Transporting goods contrary to customs legislation and other laws, 2. Illegal activities, 3. Pushing or pulling any vehicle, etc., 4. Commercial transportation of passengers or goods, 5. Carrying personal loads/items in a manner that damages the vehicle or exceeds the loading capacity, 6. Use of the vehicle by a driver under the influence of narcotic substances or alcohol, without a license, or by a driver not specified as a driver or additional driver in the delivery form, 7. Participation of the vehicle in claims and races, including preparation trials for these (including but not limited to races, rallies, speed trials, etc.), 8. Use in places and conditions unsuitable for the vehicle's brand and model (such as sand or mountainous terrain, riverbeds, marshes, etc.) or on places and roads unsuitable for the vehicle's technical structure and endurance, 9. In unusual and road conditions not suitable for traffic conditions, 10. Outside highways, or during transport by land, sea, river, and air, except for licensed operating ships and trains that the vehicle can enter and exit under its own power outside the highway, 11. In animal transportation, 12. Damages caused by contact with cigarettes or similar substances.

  • The vehicle will be used by the driver and/or additional driver(s) who meet the driver's license duration and age limit requirements specified in the vehicle delivery form according to the vehicle's group. The LESSEE is obliged to ensure that the additional driver(s) specified in the vehicle delivery form fully and completely comply with the vehicle delivery form and general terms.

  • Fuel, parking, HGS, motorway, bridge, etc., passage fees, and traffic fines will be paid by the LESSEE.

  • The LESSEE is obliged to use the vehicle in accordance with the mileage limitation specified in the vehicle delivery form for the vehicle group. If the mileage limit specified in the vehicle delivery form is exceeded, the LESSEE agrees, declares, and undertakes to pay the excess mileage fee specified in the vehicle delivery form.

  • The LESSEE is obliged to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel in the tank as at the time of rental delivery. If the LESSEE returns the vehicle with insufficient fuel, the cost of the missing fuel calculated at the current pump price will be collected from the LESSEE.

  • The LESSEE and additional drivers are obliged to take the following measures in case of an accident:

  • Immediately inform the LESSOR by calling,

  • Without moving the vehicle and after turning off the ignition, apply to the nearest Police or Gendarmerie station to obtain an accident, damage, theft, loss report along with an alcohol report,

  • Take photographs of the vehicle at the accident scene,

  • Obtain the names and addresses of the relevant persons and witnesses,

  • Not accept liability for fault that does not exist,

  • In dual-party accidents, obtain photocopies of the parties' licenses, registration, and traffic insurance policies, or if this is not possible, obtain information such as license number, province information, the title of the insurance company where the traffic insurance policy was issued, and the policy number, etc.,

  • Not leave the vehicle without taking sufficient security measures,

  • Submit the accident report and related reports and documents to the LESSOR within 72 hours at the latest from the accident/incident date,

  • In case of an accident resulting in material, fatal, and/or bodily injury, immediately report the situation to the nearest police or gendarmerie officers and/or relevant official authorities,

  • The LESSEE cannot transfer or assign these general terms to another person without the written approval of the LESSOR; cannot in any way assign the vehicle rented/delivered to them for use by another person, use it as collateral, rent it, exercise a right of retention, or perform similar transactions. The vehicle cannot be taken abroad without the written approval of the LESSOR.
