Terms and Conditions

The vehicle rental fee, any additional product and service fees, and the security deposit are collected in advance from the tenant at the beginning of the lease. Any additional fees and refunds that may arise during the lease are processed based on the deposit.

Any difference in price at the end of the rental period will be collected or refunded from the renter. The renter must be present in person at our office, and payments from additional drivers or other individuals are not accepted. Debit cards and virtual cards are not accepted, and installment payments are not accepted.

Security Fee:

Security deposits are collected from the renter in advance at the beginning of the rental period. These security deposits are fully refunded within seven business days if the vehicle is returned in the same condition as delivered.
