All rental fees are collected in advance from the renter

Our vehicles are delivered clean and must be returned clean. If the vehicle is returned dirty, a cleaning fee of 500 TL will be charged

Foreign nationals making a rental must possess an International Driver's Permit

In case of any damage, to validate your insurance coverage, you must immediately notify the emergency assistance line, inform Traffic Police or Gendarmerie teams without moving the vehicle from the accident scene, and obtain a "Police Report along with an Alcohol Report"

In accidents involving multiple vehicles with material damage, if the parties agree on how the accident occurred, a "Material Damage Accident Determination Report" must also be prepared

Accidents that occur while the renter is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., or if the vehicle is used by third parties not listed as drivers in the rental agreement, are not covered by any warranty, and all material and moral responsibility belongs to the renter

In case of vehicle theft, law enforcement must be contacted to obtain a "Theft Detection Report". Along with the obtained report, the vehicle key and registration must be delivered to us

If you are involved in an accident with your vehicle, if the vehicle is stolen, breaks down, has a flat tire, or in any situation requiring emergency assistance, you can call our office 24/7

None of our insurance policies are valid outside Turkey, and taking our vehicles outside Turkish borders is prohibited. Please check your contract

The renter agrees and undertakes to pay for all damages and losses, including mechanical and electrical, that occur due to user error and/or negligence, carelessness, etc. (including but not limited to transmission failure due to incorrect gear shifting, damages resulting from continued use of the vehicle despite warning lights, damages caused by hitting the underside of the vehicle, damage to components such as tires and rims, fuel-related malfunctions and damages, etc.). These damages and losses, including mechanical and electrical, are outside the scope of collision damage waiver and guarantees

According to the Highway Transportation Regulation, vehicles registered as pickups in the N1 and N1G vehicle class are intended for transport where the carried goods are non-commercial. Additional documents may be requested from the driver before rental.
